IDCLUB SYSTEM
A comprehensive visual identity for an organization with frequent leadership changes. Primary goals included enhancing community engagement, brand visibility, and membership growth post-COVID-19. Then, apply the branding in digital and print marketing.
Part 1: Development
THE STYLE GUIDE
From May to August 2023, I developed a visual system. The inherited profile logo was expanded into a scalable visual system that non-designers and design majors would both feel comfortable implementing.
APPLICATION
Below are some samples of diverse visual communication products that I created and promoted during the Fall 2023 semester (roughly August to November 2023).

Part 2: Impact
1. MORE EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT
Standardization of a visual identity allows leaders of IDClub to distribute promotional design work to general community members with confidence. Thus, leaders of the club were able to spend more time organizing and planning quality events.
2. GROWTH & ENGAGEMENT
The following growth statistics were gathered from the club’s Instagram page over a 90-day period from August 8th to November 5th of 2023.
Instagram metrics for IDClub showed significant, positive results! ⬎
220 new accounts viewed IDClub's branded content, with 76 becoming followers, representing over a third of new viewers.
Followers comprised about 80% of content interactions, indicating strong engagement within the target community.
Impressions surpassed 10,000, marking a remarkable 1,829% increase from the previous 90-day period.
At the Involvement Fair, email capture increased by 308% compared to the previous semester.
In-person attendance at weekly gatherings reached double digits multiple times, a stark improvement from previous low participation.
11 new members joined the virtual Discord community.
3. IMPROVED SENSE OF COMMUNITY
The guide was tailored for beginner designers; influence extended beyond the IDClub community.
Lab technicians adopted IDClub branding for the Mac lab hours poster and my younger sister embraced IDClub styling in her class notes on Google Docs.
